Do you do a hard credit pull? How often?

We do not run any credit checks just to provide a quote. A hard credit pull only happens once we’ve received all the details on your deal, completed the appraisal, and are ready to move forward with an agreement. This way, you can explore your options with confidence before anything impacts your credit.

Requirements vary by loan program, but generally you’ll need:

  • A minimum credit score of 660–680 (depending on product)
  • Liquidity to cover down payment, closing costs, and reserves
